My paintings are a form of self-exploration and reflect the changing relationship I have with my body and mind. I perceive and define myself using the canvas. Painting and creating have become about relating to the world and documenting my idea of the means of living. Each painting tries to embody the human experience from my own small individual lense only I am  able to share. Each piece is a moment in time, a feeling or thought, indescribable except within the realm of a painting. I strive to move towards understanding myself in the abstract - as an experience moving through a complicated world.
